We are able to offer a comprehensive survey, condition report and proposal for any problem that we are asked to investigate. With photographic evidence to support the condition reports and full specifications provided by ourselves and our manufacturers.

Whether you currently have a leak or simply require a budget quotation for future works, we are able to help. We do not charge for this service unless the access to the roof has to be gained by means other than that of an access ladder.

Upon awarding your contract with us, our dedicated contracts manager will attend site to discuss the process in which the contract will be undertaken, discussing any requirements you may have, meaning the whole process can be completed as smoothly as possible. Once on site the foreman will liaise on a daily basis with your designated person, with the contracts manager attending site several times a week. As stated several times, we pride ourselves on our health and safety compliance and as such provide site specific method statements and risk assessments for each contract.
