General Maintenance:

It has become increasingly apparent that a large number of leaks are caused due to lack of general roof maintenance. This can vary from cleaning gutters, replacement of rooflights, or simply inspecting the roof on an annual basis. Part of ensuring longevity of any roof is maintaining and inspecting.

We are therefore able to carry out general maintenance such as cleaning gutters and changing rooflights, as well as providing an annual inspection and report. We can arrange for our surveyor to visit site to inspect and ascertain the condition of your roof, and provide any suggestions to improve the longevity of the roof, or simply give you peace of mind that it’s in a good condition.

As we have upwards of 22 operatives, we also have flexibility in the event of emergency repairs and are often able to respond within 24 hours.
